WHAT TO BRING
• warm comfortable clothes
• bedding/towels/toiletries: the dorms have single beds/bunks with mattresses, but no pillows or bedding. BYO
everything you'll need to be warm and comfortable on chilly August nights.
• water bottle
• torch
• yoga mat/meditation cushion/blanket: so you can be comfortable and warm during the quiet sessions.
• umbrella/rain coat
• rub-on insect repellant: no aerosols please! Mozzies shouldn't be much of a problem, but we'll be next to a creek so
you never know.
• sacred objects/flowers/greenery/pretty fabric: bring some pretty things if you can to help create a beautiful,
comfortable, welcoming space for us all to relax into during the weekend.
• instruments: Saturday night will be time for sharing songs and making music around the campfire, so bring your
instruments!
• pocket money: facilitators may have some goodies for sale. Help support their work in the world :)
ARRIVING & LEAVING
Arrive at Luther Heights at 12pm on Friday for lunch. We'll have our first group session on Friday afternoon.
If you are able to come a little earlier to help set up the space and make things beautiful and welcoming for the other women, that would be wonderful.
The final session on Sunday will wrap up in the afternoon to give everyone time to pack up and make their way home. Many hands make light work, so if you can plan to stay a little longer to help pack up that would also be wonderful!

Take Nerang Murwillumbah Rd/State Route 97 to Natural Bridge
After about 35kms, turn right onto Daves Creek Rd
After 1.2kms, turn left
Directions From the South:
From the M1, take the exit towards Tweed Valley Way/Brunswick Valley Way/Tourist Drive 40/Murwillumbah
Follow Tweed Valley Way to Numinbah Rd in Kynnumboon
Continue on Numinbah Rd to Natural Bridge
After 3kms, turn left onto Daves Creek Rd
After 1.2kms, turn left
